Along side of you on your runs, running with you. Our coaches monitor your breathing, gait, stride, pace, etc.

We delevop short term and long term goals based on your needs and monitor your progress every step of the way. Faster finish times, weight loss, better endurance to name just a few of the goals that we can help you achieve.
3. Positive Feedback
Post workout feedback to let you know how you are doing as you work toward your goals. We offer tips to help you improve and atain your goals injury free.
About us
We design running programs based on your individual needs and goals. Out trained, certified Road Runners Club of America coaches are the Duke Cities area’s premiere full-service fitness programs. Our courteous and professional staff has served Albuquerque's runners for since 1992.
Our founder, a former US Army Master Fitness Instructor, has traveled the world training soldiers for their missions, helping them lose weight and better develop their current level of fitness. He has also implemented a "Train the Trainer" fitness program and designed fitness programs for the US Army Quartermaster School in Fort Lee, VA.
We create a program with you, for you, with short term and long term goals. Our staff will design your individual running or fitness program to fit your busy schedule and requirements. We meet with you for your running or workout session and monitor your progress and offer post workout feedback and advice to help you obtain desired results.
